New Horizons Band New Horizons Music programs provide entry points to music making for adults, including those with no musical experience at all and also those who were active in school music programs but have been inactive for a long period of time. If you are one of the many adults who would like an opportunity to learn to play music in a group setting, our New Horizons Music Program provides the chance to explore that desire. Absolute beginners are given individual instruction and are included in the Regular Band as progress dictates.
