SENIORS GET TOGETHER

This is a group formed in partnership with Addictions Foundation of Manitoba, Partners Seeking Solutions with Seniors and the Transcona Council for Seniors

• if you are wondering if it is time to cut down on the gambling, alcohol or sleep/nerve medication "GET TOGETHER"
• there will be a chance to socialize, explore healthier day-to-day living and explore what resources are available for you in your community
• the group will meet for 2 hours per week at the Access Centre in Transcona
• Please register before January 12th, 2011
